Do you come to me?
Yes — we're fully mobile. We bring our own water, power and equipment to your home or workplace anywhere in Rochester, Irondequoit, Greece or Brighton. All we need is space to park within about 10 feet of your vehicle.
How long does a detail take?
An exterior detail takes about an hour. An express interior runs 1–2 hours. Our signature interior deep clean takes 2.5–4 hours depending on the condition of the vehicle. A full interior and exterior detail is typically a half day.
Can you get salt stains out of my carpets?
Yes — it's one of the most common jobs we do after a Rochester winter. We use hot water extraction to pull salt out of the carpet and upholstery fibers rather than just masking it.
Do you remove pet hair?
Yes. Light pet hair removal is included in the signature interior deep clean. Heavy pet hair can require extra time and may carry an additional charge — send us a photo and we'll tell you up front.
How much does detailing cost?

What happens if it rains?
We'll contact you the morning of your appointment. Interior work can go ahead in most weather. If you have a garage or covered space we can usually complete the full detail; otherwise we'll reschedule you for the next clear day at no charge.
