Real projects across real trades. Most are rebuilds — left is what they were running, right is what I built. Some are live on the client's domain, some are proposals I sent. One is an SEO engagement on a site I didn't build.

A builder template that couldn't hold real trade detail and gave a serious contractor nowhere to capture a lead.
What I built
A long-scroll lead funnel with trade-credible copy — sub-base, reinforcement, control joints, frost heave — numbered service sections, an inline estimate form, and the full Monroe County service area.

What the audit found
A genuinely well-built site — 25 location pages, service pages, LocalBusiness schema, a clean sitemap — with one thing strangling all of it. The React app had routing but no head management, so every route served the homepage's <title>, description and a canonical pointing at the homepage. Every location and service page was telling Google it was really the homepage. The og:image was a .heic, so link previews rendered blank. Underneath, a 2.9 MB unused stylesheet and a 7,600-line plugins bundle were re-running on every click.
What I built
Per-page titles, descriptions and self-referencing canonicals for all 53 routes — prerendered into the served HTML, so crawlers get them on first byte. A LocalBusiness and per-service schema layer. The single services page split into 15 URLs generated from one data file, with the sitemap following automatically. Plus the performance clean-up, a rebuilt About page, and blog posts that generate their own SEO from the CMS.

A gallery-led site for hand-poured metallic, flake and quartz floors — each finish given its own section, residential garages through commercial showrooms, and a “commission a floor” path that treats the work like the one-off it is.
Targets
Positioned on craft rather than price: every floor a one-off, shown at the scale the finish deserves.
A page-builder template whose title tag was literally “Home,” with no structured data at all, content injected by JavaScript, and distance claims that didn't survive being measured.
What I built
Twenty-three hand-built pages, a rebrand off a trademark they didn't own — and a positioning call: stop fighting Booking.com for “rental near Legoland” and go win the long-stay searches instead.
“Welcome to Piranha Rents” — printed four separate times
Three service cards, all mislabeled “Snow Removal”
Two different phone numbers on the same page
A 2022 copyright, still sitting in the footer
What I built
A photo hero and real fleet detail — machine models, weights and attachments across nine rental categories — one consistent phone number, and clear paths straight into their booking store.

What was broken
A storefront that needed a redesign but had no single idea of what it should feel like.
What I built
A responsive redesign presented as four distinct aesthetic directions — Midnight Apothecary among them — each shown on desktop and mobile, so the owner could pick the one that felt like them.

The starting point
No website at all. Four stores across greater Rochester and nothing online to tell a customer which one to drive to.
What I built
Three full aesthetic directions to choose from. Hand-counted, no-fees positioning up front, a four-store locator, and a bottle-drive fundraising request flow with trailer drop-off.

What was broken
No phone number anywhere on the site — for a daycare, a phone-first decision, the single biggest leak. The title tag was just the business name, with no meta descriptions and no structured data.
What I built
A warm, credible, mobile-first rebuild of every page — leading with trust and putting the two actions that matter, call and schedule a tour, within reach from anywhere.

A site built around the one thing that sells mobile detailing — they come to you. Pick-your-detail service tiers, a four-step “zero errands” booking flow, Rochester-driver reviews, and the two owners front and center.
Targets
Written and structured for “mobile auto detailing Rochester NY” — interior deep cleans, exterior hand washes, salt and pet-hair removal.
A plain-spoken site for a one-man operation: the work Lenny actually does — porches, flooring, drywall, plumbing repairs — the towns he covers, who he is, and a call button never more than a thumb away.
Targets
Built for the small-town search that matters most to a handyman: the trade, plus the town, plus a phone number that works on the first tap.

What I built
A warm, editorial multi-page site for a 50-year Rochester showroom — carpet, hardwood, tile and vinyl, real showroom and install photography, a brand wall of every line they carry, and free in-home estimate forms.
Targets
Built for local flooring search — “carpet, hardwood & vinyl in Rochester NY” — with LocalBusiness schema and click-to-call throughout.
